Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/ their representative travel agent or tour operator.

Within 05 days of Arrival Date or No Show - No Refund .

05 days or more - No deductions would be levied

No refunds shall be made for short stay, no show, and unused facilities or for any service not provided due to any reason beyond our control.

One child below 7 years stays free of charge using the existing bed. Extra bed if required, will be on chargeable basis.

Hotel Alpana is a non alcoholic establishment. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the hotel premises.

Parking - Parking is available on request. 24 hours public parking is available at ramlila ground parking (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable.

As per government directives all the guests are required to present government issued proof of identity at the time of check in failing to which, hotel reserves the rights of refusal.
